Warsaw hospitals are not the best place for sick and injured people. Yes there are some doctors there, but they aure usually busy with some paperwork, or coffee. Twisted anckle? Broken leg? Sorry you have to wait, a few hours sometimes…untill they fix it without anesthesia naturally. Yeah, there are a few communist leftovers in this country, most known apart from the railways is the healthcare – boy it sucks.
Taxi
When you arrive in Warsaw the first people to welcome you will be the drivers of private taxis. Don’t be tempted and ignore them. Many of them will just try to rip you off or take you on a tour of Warsaw when all you want is to get to your hotel.
